The last step to our quality control process is RF Welding Qualification. Each mold is tested in our in-house RF Testing Lab. Every mold we manufacture is accompanied
with a test report/set up sheet and a welded sample that is produced using the exact materials our customers will use during production.

Our customers are always assured that RF Applique molds made by HFT are ready for production when they are delivered.
